About GV Total Tree Care

A Career In Trees That Started At Fourteen

At GV Total Tree Care, our tree care in Shepparton is led by Richard, whose career started with a week of work experience at 14. That first opportunity became school-holiday work and then nearly 30 years in the tree industry. Twelve of those years were spent contracting to tree companies across Melbourne on large removals and tight-access jobs before he returned to the Goulburn Valley and later started his own crew. Richard still quotes every job himself and stays across the work. We handle tree removal, tree assessments, pruning and trimming, stump removal and 24-hour emergency tree removal. If a mature tree can reasonably be retained with pruning, we’ll say so. Our approach is simple: explain the work clearly, use equipment suited to the job and leave the property tidy when we finish.
